Jomtien Beach
Jomtien Beach is about 6 kilometres long and is a clean and quiet beach. The Beach is fringed with pine trees, quite narrow and has a small slope into the sea.
Most of the tourists, both Thai and foreign, like to do many activities along Jomtien Beach such as Banana Boat, Jet Ski and many more beach adventures. The beach is located about 2 km. from South Pattaya and 4 km from Pattaya City.
Naklua Beach
Naklua Beach is in Pattaya, Chon Buri. It is the most northerly of the bays and by far the quietest. Naklua Beach is also a centre for windsurfers and windsurfing equipment can be hired from the beach.
It’s easy to grab a taxi from town and you’ll find a dizzying array of five-star hotels and world-class seafood restaurants.
Koh Lan Beach
Koh Lan AKA Coral Island is your own little slice of paradise just off the shores of South Pattaya. Don’t leave town without going snorkelling there or at least taking in the view of the crystal-clear seas through a glass-bottom boat trip.
On weekends, its five beaches entertain thousands of visitors and the aquamarine sea is busy with banana boats and other marine merriment.
Bang Saen Beach
Bang Saen Beach has been features favourite weekend getaway hotels and resorts for all people. The beach attracts those who enjoy strolling along the long sandy stretches approximately 2.5 km long and tasting the delicious seafood available from vendors along the pavement.
The texture of the sand is fine, and the gradual slope makes it nice and safe to swim. There are reasonable-priced accommodations along the beach. At the northern end of the beach, there is Laem Taen Cape which serves as a public park. The nightlife here is more peaceful and easy-going compared to Pattaya Beach. Therefore, it is a great spot for those who seek a tranquil night by the beach.
Bang Saen Beach is located 85 km southeast of Bangkok and 14 km from Mueang District, from Bangkok, take Bang Na-Chon Buri motorway before entering Chonburi province, the turn-off to Bang Sai is to the right. On the right, there is a new road going straight to the beach.
Pattaya Beach
Pattaya Beach is situated in the central city near shopping, hotels and bars. The beaches are popular and busy places.
For the thrill-seekers, activities include banana-boat rides, jet-skiing, water-skiing, parasailing, windsurfing, and the like and anyone who just wants to enjoy a simple swim or a good splash around with a frisbee or rented inner tube will always find themselves with plenty of company.
However, while in and beyond the surf, a wary eye does need to be kept on the more frenetic elements of the passing traffic.
